· Please print the checklist  first, so you know exactly which documents to print and how many. 

· Complete on line updates of student and parent information.  You will need to log in and use the Parent/Teacher area on the website.  You will not need to print the student data card or directory forms, all updates should be entered on line. Our directory will be based on the information you provide and designate - so be sure to specify your wishes about what to publish or exclude.

· Please turn in all the documents at the same time. 

Parents who do not have any access to a computer, please contact the Office at 924-4300, ext 200.  The registration deadline for completing your registration documents is Friday, 2/26/10.  Any documents returned after that date will not receive priority placement.
